| » To apply for admission at Abacus, you need to send us, all your educational documents (scanned copies) and passport details, along with the IELTS score card. There is no charge from our side to issue an offer letter (offer for admission) to the eligible candidate. |
| 2. Can I pay my fee in instalments? |
» No please, as per the New Zealand Immigration Convention, one has to pay a full year's tuition fee that needs to be deposited into Public Trust account.

| 3. Would my fee be refunded if I decide to withdraw from the enroled course/program? |
» Your fee would be refunded by the Institute, if you wish to withdraw from the enroled course, under the following circumstances:
a. If the withdrawal is on or before eighth day from the commencement of the course, you are entitled for a full refund of the fee, less administration charge of 10% of the payment, subject to a maximum of NZ$500.
b. No fee would be refunded if the withdrawal takes place after the eighth day from the commencement of the course.

| 4. What level of English do I need to have to study at Abacus? What should I do to meet the English language requirements? |
| » You need to have at least a 5.5 band score in IELTS. The best way to meet the English language requirements is to enrol yourself in a good quality preparatory institute in your country, for IELTS preparation and eventually appear for the test. |
